Soybean Sprouts with Minced Pork
This dish may clear heat and help urination. It may harmonize the stomach and disperse accumulation.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound lean pork, minced
5 dried black mushroom, soaked and diced
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornflour
1/2 pound soybean sprouts
2 gloves garlic
1 slice fresh ginger, crushed
Instructions:
1. Marinated minced pork and mushroom together with soy sayce. Put in cornflour, mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. In hot oil, fry crushed ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3. Put in minced pork, fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until pork is cooked.
4. Put in beansprouts, toss and fry for 1 minute. Dish and serve.
