Roast Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound pork ribs
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
5 cloves garlic ( smashed )
Instructions:
1. Marinate pork ribs with all the ingredients for a few
hours ( or over night ).
2. Heat a pot . Put pork ribs alone into the pot without oil. Cover the pot and cook the pork ribs over medium-low heat.
3. Keep stirring the pork ribs, every 2-3 minutes until the pork ribs turn golden brown.
4. Add 2 teaspoon dissolved cornstarch into the remainder
marinated sauce. Pour the sauce into the pot and lower
the heat keep stirring until the sauce thicken. Serve.
