Chicken with Celery and Tomato
Ingredients:
2 stalk celery
2 tomatoes
2 chicken thighs
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper as needed
1 cup water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch water
Instructions:
1. Chop chicken into small pieces, blanch in boiling water to remove blood, remove and rinse well, cook in pan with all seasonings until boiled ( except corn-starch water ).
2. Rinse and cut tomato into pieces. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, add tomato and celery and cook until soft and flavor is absorbed, thicken with cornstarch water and remove to plate. Serve.
