Shrimp With Pine Nut
Ingredients:
1/2 pound shelled shrimp
1 ounce pine seeds
3 asparagus
carrot slices as needed
Seasoning:
A:
1/2 egg white
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
B:
salt, sugar and sesame oil as needed
Instructions:
Rinse shrimps, dry with paper towel, add seasoning A
and marinate for a while. Bake pine seeds until crisp,
remove and let cool. Run shrimp through oil, remove;
1. Ct asparagus in slices. Sir-fry asparagus and carrot with a little oil.
2. Add shrimp and seasonings B to taste, stir until well-mixed.
2. Add pine seeds and mix well before removing from heat. Transfer to serving plate and serve.
