Shrimp Balls with XO Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 pound prawn meat
Seasoning:
A:
1/2 egg white
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
B:
2 tablespoons XO sauce
Instructions:
1. Rinse prawn, dry with cheese cloth, score one time on
back ( do not cut in two ), add seasonings A and marinate for 10 minutes, run through oil and remove.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok, return prawn and add XO sauce, stir well until done and transfer to plate. Serve.
