Pork Ribs and Four Herbs Soup
For those who are pale and weak and complain of white genital discharge have this soup five or six times to see results.

Ingredients:
20 grams poria cocos
20 grams ferox nuts
20 grams Chinese Yam/ dioscorea
20 grams lotus seeds
600 grams pork ribs
9 cups water
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Rinse the pork ribs. Scald in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse and drain.
2. Rinse the herbs briefly. Put all the herbs, scalded pork ribs and 9 cups of water in a big pot. Cover the pot and double boil for 3 hours.
3. Seasoning the soup with a tablespoon of Chinese rice wine and a teaspoon of salt.
