Raspberry Banana Soy Shake
Ingredients:
2 cups soy or rice milk
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 bananas sliced
1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Combine soy milk, fruit and yogurt in blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour into glass and sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Note: Try this recipes using other fresh berries like blueberries or strawberries.
