Dried Abalone Soup with Radish and Lean Pork
This dish can relieve heat. Help digestion. Good for eyes and stomach.

Ingredients:
150 grams lean pork
3 pieces dried abalone
1 radish
1 scallion
Instructions:
1. Rinse and slice pork.
2. Soak dried abalone for 30 minutes.
3. Cut radish into chunks.
4. Cut scallion into small pieces.
5. Bring water to boil. Put all ingredients into boiling water. Add salt to taste. Cook for 40 minutes.
