Honey Corn Muffins
Ingredients:
100 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
100 gram cornmeal
3 tablespoon honey
50 gram dark raisins
4 tablespoon corn oil
225 grams creamed corn
1/3 cup water
Instructions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in cornmeal. Add honey, raisins, oil,
creamed corn and water.
2. Spoon the batter into greased muffin cups. Bake at 180 C
(360 F) for 15-20 mina until risen and golden. Serve warm with butter.
