Tomatoes Steamed Eggs
Tomato is high in vitamin A and C, and carbohydrates. It is a low fat food, and very nutritious. It can digest fat.

Ingredients:
6 tomatoes
6 eggs
1 teaspoon dried shrimp shells
2 spring onions ( chopped)
Seasoning:
6 tablespoon warm broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. After discarding the top 1/4 of the tomatoes, put into
boiling water, then remove the skin and seeds.
2. Add salt, eggs and dried shrimps to the broth and remove
the form from the surface. Pour some broth into each
tomato, steam for 10 minutes.
