Apple Yogurt Pancake
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
a pinch of nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon corn oil
1 green apple, peeled and diced finely
Instructions:
1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Beat egg with yoghurt and milk in a large bowl. Beat in oil, then add sifted ingredients. Stir until
just combined. The batter may still be lumpy.
2. Grease a nonstick pan and ladle in some pancake batter . Spoon a little diced apple over and cook the pancake on the both sides until golden. Serve with butter and syrup.
