Dang Shen, Red Dates and Chicken Soup
This soup improves blood and cures anemia.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 1/2 ounce Dang Shen
8-10 red dates
8 cups water
Instructions:
1. Clean and rinse chicken. Cut chicken into pieces.
2. Remove pits from red dates and soak them.
3. Bring water to boil. Put all ingredients into water. Turn to low heat. Cook for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
