Sparerib Soup with Apricot Kernels and Watercress
This soup can stop coughing. Prevents Phlegm from forming.

Ingredients:
1 pound lean spareribs
3 ounces apricot kernels
6 ounces watercress
6 cups water
Instructions:
1. Rinse and blance spareribs into boiling water.
2. Rinse watercress thoroughly.
3. Cook spareribs, apricot kernels, watercress with water, after boiling, turn to low heat and until spareribs are soft.
