Yu Zhu, Longan and Lotus Seeds Drink
Ingredients:
8 ounces precooked lotus seeds
8 cups water
20 pieces chinese yam
20 pieces yu zhu
4 ounces dried longan
4 ounces rock sugar or to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash precooked lotus seeds, if necessary.
2. Bring water to a boil and add chinese yam, yu zhu and longan.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes and add lotus seeds and rock sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes more and serve hot.
