Dried Oyster and Pork Ribs Soup
Radish, dried oyster and dried tangerine peel make delicious and healthy soup.

Ingredients:
8 dried oysters
1 pound pork ribs
1 green radish
1 carrot
1/2 ounce sweet and bitter almond mixture
1 piece dried tangerine peel
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
10 cups water
Instructions:
1. Soak the dried oysters in warm water for 30 minutes and remove the grit. Drain.
2. Scald the pork ribs in boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse and drain. Skin and cut the radish and carrot into big wedges.
3. Rinse the almonds and tangerine peel briefly. Bring 10 cups water to a boil. Put in all the ingredients except the salt, cover the pot and leave to boil for 15 minutes over high heat.
4. Bring the heat to low and simmer gently for 2 1/2 hours. Add the teaspoon of salt if required. Serve hot.
