Watermelon

Contains a lot of watery juice. It is low calories and contains some vitamin B and C.
Properties:
In general, watermelons are round and large but can be more oblong in shape. When ripe, they should yield a little to slight pressure at the top end and when tapped should sound taut and mffled - not hollow. The flesh inside should be be red/yellow and juicy.
