Spiced Okra
Just saute okra with onions, cumin and turmeric, and you've got a delicious side dish in minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon tumeric
4 dried red pepper flakes
1 medium size onion, diced
1 3/4 cups fresh okra, cut into 2 inches
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Instructions:
1. In a heated wok, combine the cumin, coriander, tumeric and pepper flakes and cook. stirring with a wooden spoon for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
3. Turn the heat to high and add the okra. Cook and stirring occassionally, until it is bright and soft for about 2 minutes.
4. Serve with yogurt for dipping.
