Stir-fry Cauliflower and Broccoli
This nutritious and delicious stir fry vegetables dish is very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound cauliflower
1/2 pound broccoli
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 garlic clove, crushed and peeled
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size.
2. Pour the oil into a wok and place over high heat. Add garlic and stir around the wok until the oil is hot but not smoking; the garlic will begin to sizzle.
3. Add the cauliflower and stir for about 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and stir for 1 minute. Add the broth and cover the wok.
4. Turn the heat to medium and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender crisp. Stir occasionally. If you like the vegetables more tender, cook them longer.
5. Sprinkle with salt, and stir to mix thoroughly. Turn the heat to high, add the cornstarch slurry,and stir until the gravy thickens. Discard the garlic clove, if desired. Serve hot.
