Stir-Fry Lily Bulb with Chicken
This dish may relieve coughs, reduce anxiety, ideal for children prone to bronchitis.

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Chicken breast
1/3 lb. Fresh lily bulbs
A:
1/2 egg white
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon pepper
B:
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon kechup
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Wash chicken breast. Pound meat with the back of a knife and cut into 5/8" X 5/8" small cubes. Marinate with the
A ingredients for 10 mins. Mix in 1 tablespoon oil.
2. Peel lily bulbs and wash each petal and drain.
3. Heat a wok, add 2 tablespoon oil and heat. Stir-fry chicken until cook. Add B. and bring to a boil. Add lily bulb petals, mix and stir slightly.
