Chinese Yam with Spare Ribs in Soup
This dish has effect to nourish the Skin and strengthen the Spleen

Ingredients:
2/3 ounce dried chinese yam
1 1/3 pound spare ribs
5 red dates ( seedless)
salt
Instructions:
1 Soak yam in water for 1 hour. Then wash.
2. Wash spare ribs. Scald and rinse well. Wash red dates.
3. Bring of water to the boil. Put in yam, red dates and spare ribs. Parboil over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt.
