Pork Soup with Tomatoes and Carrot
This soup help in digestion.

Ingredients:
10 ounces tomato
6 ounces carrot
6 water chestnut
10 ounces lean pork
2 slices ginger
6 cup water
salt
Instructions:
1. Cut tomatoes into serving piece. Core and wash. Peel carrot and water chestnuts, cut into pieces.
2. Wash lean pork. Scald and rinse well. Put all ingredients
into boiling water. Bring to the boil.
3. Parboil over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt.
