Ingredients:
8 tablespoons beetroot juice
4 tablespoons celery juice
4 tablespoons natural live yogurt
1 spring onion, chopped
fresh mint leaves.
Instructions:
Blend the vegetable juices with yogurt. Garnish with a little spring onion and mint when serving.
