Ginger Tea
Enhances appetite and digestion by stimulating the flow of digestive juices.

Benefits:
Calm an upset stomach, help with the pain of arthritis and indigestion. Soothe cough and colds.
Ingredients:
a chunk of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon tea leaves (optional)
sweetener to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the ginger. Put in a tea stainer or tea ball set in the cup, then add the tea, if using.
2. Add boiling water and let steep for 1-5 minutes, according to how strong you like the flavour. Add sweetener if you like, then sip slowly. The same ginger can be used for extra cups.
