Sweet Corn and Watercress in Soup
This soup may help in digestion.

Ingredients:
2 ears of sweet corn
1 pound watercress
4 red dates
8 ounces lean pork
1/2 dried tangerine peel
6 cups water
salt
Instructions:
1. Wash sweet corn. Cut into serving piece.
2. Soak and clean tangerine peel. Wash lean pork .Scald and rinse well. Bring water to the boil. Put in sweet corn, watercress, sweetened dates, lean pork and tangerine peel. Bring to the boil.
3. Parboil over low heat for 2 1/2 hours. Season with salt.
