Ginger and Lemon Tea


An excellent antiseptic to help ward off colds, coughs, sore throats and flu.

Benefits:

Stimulating the immune system.

Ingredients:

1 ounce fresh root ginger, peeled and sliced
2 1/2 cups water
squeeze of lemon juice
honey to taste

Instructions:

Place the root ginger in a pan with the water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the lemon juice and
sweeten with honey to taste. Drink hot.
