French Apple and Cinnamon Tea


It helps to regulate blood sugar levels and also make a good food for diabetics. They also help lower blood cholesterol and blood pressure.

Ingredients:

4 apples, washed and sliced
2 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Place the apples in a pan, add the water, cover and cook on a low heat until soft. Strain then stir in the honey and cinnamon. Serve hot.
