Strawberries and Balsamic
Ingredients:
6 punnets ripe strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
To serve:
balsamic vinegar
ice cubes
Instructions:
Reserve a few strawberries for decoration, then put the remainder in a blender with the honey, if using, and a cupful of ice cubes. Zap, adding water if necessary to make the mixture easier to blend. Zap again , then serve over ice, with a halved strawberry on
top. Serve the balsamic separately, in drops.
