Almond Milk
Almond contain mostly monounsaturated fats, which are effective at lowering harmful cholesterol, so can help to protect the heart and arteries from disease.

Ingredients:
4 ounces blanched almonds
2 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons letcithin granules
honey to taste ( optional)
a pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Put the almonds and water in a liquidizer and blend. Add the lecithin granules and blend again. Sweeten with honey if required and serve sprinkle with cinnamon.
