Crunchy Pears
A perfect recipe for Pears lover.

Ingredients:
4 firm ripe large pears
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
3 tablespoons vanila wafer crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped almonds
1/2 cup orange or plain fat-free yogurt
Cinnamon. If desired
Instructions:
Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 350'F. Spray pie plate, 9 X 1 1/4 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Carefully peel pears, leaving stems attached; place on large plate. Mix orange juice and marmalade; spoon over pears. Mix wafer crumbs and almonds. Roll pears in crumbs mixture; stand pears upright in pie plate. Mix yogurt and remaining marmalade mixture from plate; refrigerate. Bake pears 35-45 minutes or until tender when pierced with fork. Serve warm with yogurt sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
