Thai Style Fried Vermicelli
Cooking Method : Stir-Frying

Ingredients:
Pork 120 g (minced) (4 oz)
Green bell pepper 1/2 (sliced)
Red bell pepper 1/2 (sliced)
Cooked rice vermicelli 350 g (12 oz)
Button mushrooms (sliced) 50 g (2 oz)
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce 6 tbsp
Marinade:
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
1. Mix pork with marinade.
2. Stir-fry pork in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell peppers, button mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Stir in rice vermicelli, Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and heat through.
