Cabbage And Bean Vermicelli In Chinese Casserole Sauce

Ingredients:
Tienstin cabbage 400 g (14 oz) (drained and sliced)
Bean vermicelli 50 g (2 oz) (bean threads)(soaked and drained)
Chinese mushrooms 6 (soaked, squeezed and shredded)
Dried shrimps 2 tbsp (soaked and dried)
Shredded red chili for garnish
Sauce Mix:
Chinese Casserole Sauce 4 tbsp, Water 250 ml (1 cup)
Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole. Saute dried shrimps and mushrooms until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir well.
2. Add sauce mix into cabbage. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
3. Stir in bean vermicelli and cook until sauce thickens. Garnish with red chili.
