Chicken Steaks In Black Pepper Sauce - Japanese Style

Ingredients:
Chicken steaks 350 g (12 oz)
Black Pepper Sauce 3 tbsp
Marinade:
Premium Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp,
Mirin 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Mix chicken steaks with marinade.
2. Pan-fry chicken steaks in 2 tbsp oil until done. Put on a serving plate.
3. Pour away excess oil. Heat through Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and pour over chicken steaks. Serve with cooked rice and salad.
