Chicken And Green Onion In Chinese Casserole Sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 [450 g/1 lb] [cut into pieces]
Shallots 6 [skinned and crushed]
Chinese mushrooms 6 [soaked, squeezed and cut into pieces]
Ginger 4 slices
Green onions 4 [sectioned]
Shredded red chili for garnish
Sauce Mix:
Chinese Casserole Sauce 5 tbsp, Water 250 ml [1 cup]
Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole. Saute green onions, ginger, shallots and mushrooms until fragrant. Add chicken and stir fry until lightly golden yellow.
2. Pour in sauce mix. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 mintues until sauce thickens. Garnish with red chili.
