Stir-Fried Roasted Duck With Plum Sauce

Ingredients:
Bell pepper 1 [cut into pieces]
Roasted duck meat 250 g [8 oz] [cut into pieces]
Sauce Mix
Plum Sauce 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cooking apple 1/2 [grated]
Instructions:
1. Stir-fry the bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil for about 1 minute. Add duck meat and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
