Broccoli with Dried Black Mushrooms
Stir fry broccoli flowerets with dried black mushroom, a delicious combination.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablepoon soy oil
12 ounces broccoli flowerets
8 large dried black mushrooms
2 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoon chinese cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, drained and dried.
2. Soaked dried black mushrooms in warm water until soft, stemmed, drained and cut into quarters.
3. Heat the oil over moderately high heat; add the broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and stir. Add all remaining ingredients except corn flour paste, and
bring to a boil.
4. Add cornflour paste and stir in sauce until thickened and clear.
