Salmon Sushi Set
Ingredients:
210 gm Japanese sushi rice
140 gm salmon, sliced thinly
4 gm wasabi paste
Soya sauce
Pickled ginger
Miso soup
Instructions:
1. Cut the salmon against the grain into thin sheets. Use a sharp knife.
2. Make the sushi rice into small ovoid balls with your hands.
3. Place a bit of wasabi as an adhesive onto the rice ball and stick a slice of salmon on top of each ball.
4. Serve with soya sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi and miso soup.
Note: This dish goes best with the miso soup.
