Peach Pie


Ingredients:

8 1/3 ounces flour
4 ounces butter
100 c.c. water
6 halves canned peaches
400 c.c fresh milk
2 teaspoons custard powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Mix well the flour, butter and water to make the pastry. Arrange the pastry on a baking pan. Poke holes with a fork. Bake at 250 C until the pastry turns golden brown.

2. In 100 c.c milk add custard powder and 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix well and reserve.

3. Pour 300c.c milk into a pan. Simmer over low heat until it almost boils for 2 mins and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat.
This makes the custard sauce.

4. Slice the peaches; reserve. Arrange the pastry on a baking pan. Pour over the custard sauce and lay the peaches on top. Ready to serve.
