Quick Fruity Tuna Open Sandwich
Ingredients:
200 g canned tuna in brine, drained
1/2 green apple, finely chopped and sprinkle with
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 tablespoons margarine
12 slices wholemeal bread, crust removed
Instructions:
Mix tuna, apple, raisins and celery in a bowl. Stir
mayonnaise and pepper through mixture. Spread
margarine thinly onto bread, then top with tuna filling.
