Tuna Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked brown or white rice
1 6-ounce can tuna in water
2 cups frozen peas
4 ounces grated low-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Prepare rice according to directions. Once cooked spread rice
evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle tuna and canned liquid over
rice.
3. Distribute peas along the outside edge of dish and sprinkle
cheese over entire dish. Bake in preheated over 10-15 minutes
until cheese is melted and peas are cooked.
