Steamed Japanese Style Fish
This dish is very good for children, old, in sick and after sick patients. It help to absorb and improve the physique.

Ingredients:
1 big grouper ( 2 pounds)
1 box of soft tofu
1 dried shitake mushroom
2 seaweed sheet
1 carrot
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu to rectangle shape.
2. Cut the spring onion and carrot to several sections, and the seaweed to 1 inch length.
3. Place fish, the rest of all the ingredients and 1 1/2 cups water on a plate, steam over high heat for 12 minutes.
