Braised Tofu with Tomato

Ingredients:
2 boxes home-style tofu
2 tomatoes
5 ounces green pea
Seasoning:
A:
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon sugar
B:
1 teaspoon cornstarch water
Instructions:
1. Bleach the tomatoes and skinned, cut to 8 portions.
2. Cut tofu to 4 slices per box.
3. Fry the tomatoes with 2 tablespoon of oil till the flavor come out, add the tofu and seasoning (A) , simmer over low heat 5 minutes.
4. Add in sweet pea and pour in cornstarch water.
Prep/Cooking Time:
10 minutes.
