Tofu with Soybean Sauce
Ingredients:
1 traditional long rectangle tofu
1 scallion
Seasoning:
4 tablespoon soybean paste
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
Instructions:
1. Stir-fry all seasonings in wok with 2 tablespoon oil until fragrant to make soybean sauce.
2. Halve tofu two times into 4 small square ones, add to sauce and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Wait until flavor is absorbed, sprinkle chopped scallion over and remove
from heat. Serve.
