Stew Stuffed Tofu with Shrimp Paste
Tofu stuffed with shrimp paste create a very tasty dish.

Ingredients:
1 pack tofu
8 ounces shrimp meat
6 dried chinese mushrooms
3 slices ginger
1/2 head lettuce
Seasoning:
3 cups broth
1 teaspoon salt
pepper as needed
1 tablespoon cornstarch water
Instructions:
1. Devein shrimp and rinse well, dry with cheese cloth, chop finely to make shrimp paste.
2. Cut tofu into small pieces, coat with cornstarch, stuff with shrimp paste and spread evenly on surface.
3. Rinse lettuce, tear into large pieces with hands, line in pot, top with stuffed tofu, add broth, mushroom and ginger slices, bring to boil.
4. Add other seasonings to taste, cook over low heat until flavor is absorbed. Remove and serve.
