Pearl Barley, Red Dates with Red Beans Dessert
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound small red bean
20 red dates
3 ounces pearl barley
rock sugar to taste
6 cups water
Instructions:
1. Remove puts from red dates, soak them.
2. Bring water to boil. Put all ingredients into boiling water and lower the heat.
3. Cook for 1 hour. Add sugar to taste.
