Apple and Apricot Slimmer
Apples help to regulate blood sugar levels and also make a good food for diabetics. They also help lower blood cholesterol and blood pressure.

Ingredients:
6 dried apricots
1/2 cup apple juice
4 ouces natural live yogurt, lowfat
a little freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Cook the apricots in a little water until soft then drain. Blend with the apple juice and yogurt and top with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
