Roasted Salmon in Sun-Dried Tomato Salad Dressing

Healthy meal, rich in Omega-3. Extremely easy to prepare!!

Ingredients:

1 Salmon fillet/steak
1/2 cup sun dried tomato salad dressing
salt to taste
garlic pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Pour sun-dried tomato salad dressing on Salmon.

2. Add salt, and garlic pepper on Salmon, marinate salmon for few hours.

3. Preheat oven to 450F.

4. Roast salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is fork-tender

5. You can also add onion and zucchini slices in the pan, then place Salmon on top of them before roasting.
