Pear Milk
Start your day with a glass of healthy fruits drink.

Ingredients:
1/2 pear
1/4 apple
1/3 banana
1/2 kiwi fruit
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup cold water
Instructions:
Peel all the fruits and cut them smaller, blend them with the milk and cold water in a blender. Drink them while it is fresh.
