Papaya Yogurt
All time favoritest breakfast drink.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup grams papaya
1/2 pear
1 cup low fat yogurt
1/4 cup cold water
honey
Instructions:
Peel and discard the seeds of papaya and pear. Cut them smaller. Pur all the ingredients in the blender and blend them.
Drink them while it is fresh.
