Low-Fat Rubs - Mexican Rub
Quick and easy to prepare marinade for a Mexican tast.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground red chilies or chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Rub oil on 1 pound beef or chicken. Mix remaining ingredients; rub on meat. Bake, broil or grill meat.
