Low-Fat Rubs - Herb Rub
This all-purpose seasoning is excellent used on all types of meat and also Low-Fat!!!

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried tarragon leaves
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage leaves, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon onion poeder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Rub oil on 1 pound beef, pork or chicken. Mix remaining
ingredients; rub on meat. Bake, broil or grill meat.
